Our AIM is to keep all the staffing companies in one room where to improve we serve as a BRIDGE between the companies. 

I started my career as a Sales recruiter and then moved to OPT Recruiter and then to Technical Recruiter in different staffing companies. With the experience and the knowledge, I gained by working in these companies a lot of interactions with the clients I thought of starting a portal in 2017, with the support of my friends we launched our first Mybenchlist.com on Aug 2017. It was an instant success, so we decided to move further in an INNOVATIVE and INTERACTIVE way, and look beyond opportunities. That was where it all began, to create a unique platform. Now in March 2020 we are done with the final settings to the project and present ourselves.

We call it Tailor-made because we accept feedbacks and honor your opinions and designed it according to most feedbacks, collected by experimenting and analyzing the present market trends. We made it more user friendly, and much easier to access
